The Challenge
A designer trousseau brand rooted in Kolkata, Kesar Studio had everything — exquisite garments, a loyal customer base, and a boutique that felt like a dream. What it didn’t have was scale beyond its four walls. The seasonal spikes from wedding demand made growth feel inconsistent, and its digital presence didn’t reflect the visual sophistication it stood for.
What We Did
We built a Shopify experience that didn’t just sell clothing — it sold the mood. Think rich visuals, minimal navigation, and flow that mirrors an in-store walkthrough. Every scroll was a soft nudge to try, to visit, to book. We later built a WhatsApp chatbot that tapped into their audience at just the right moments — reeling in repeat purchases through curated discounts and timely nudges.
The Outcome
With a storefront that could finally hold up to the boutique’s aesthetic, Kesar Studio began drawing eyes from across the country. The discount campaigns via WhatsApp, paired with the luxury UI, brought in results faster than expected. The vision was always clear — build desire through experience.
