- Are the Shopify plan, theme, and domain included in the package?
- No. These are separate costs billed directly by Shopify and your domain provider. We’ll guide you in choosing the right plan/theme.
- Will I need to pay for extra apps?
- Some features may require paid Shopify apps. If needed, we’ll inform you in advance. All app subscriptions are billed directly to your Shopify account, with no hidden markups.
- What happens after the store is delivered?
- You get full ownership. From there, you can: - Take an annual maintenance plan with us. - Continue with our other digital services. -Or manage the store yourself.The choice is entirely yours.
- How does the process work?
- Our sprints are structured for speed:
- Kickoff Call (30 min): understand your goals, suggest package
- Formalities & Onboarding: contract + initial payment
- Questionnaire: you share references & brand inputs
- Planning: timeline & feedback checkpoints defined
- Execution: homepage first → feedback → other pages
- Delivery: final handover within 10–30 days depending on package
- What are the payment terms?
- To keep projects quick and simple:
- 50% upfront at project start
- 30% after homepage approval (when direction is aligned)
- 20% on final completion before handover
- What happens if the project gets delayed?
- Our sprint pricing only works because of speed.
From our side, we ensure projects don’t get delayed — if they do, it’s our loss. If delays happen on the client’s side, timelines stretch and costs rise. In such cases, the sprint model may no longer apply and we’ll move the project into a standard engagement with adjusted costs.
